eWay CRM Modules
This is the database of all your customers, suppliers, business partners and competitors. The window of a company shows all related contacts (persons) active in that company, and also related business opportunities and projects. Users can effectively search through the list of active client’s demands or oversee the current stage of a project.
The window of a company tracks all forms of communication. The tabs Journal and Documents store notes from telephone calls or meeting minutes. Thanks to the full integration with Microsoft Outlook the CRM system automatically tracks all incoming and outgoing emails (also applies to related contacts). Another useful tab is the Carts module that offers overview of financial data related to a company – it can be used to display invoices including information about payment date.
The Contacts module is dedicated to manage your contacts portfolio and to keep track of all relevant communication. This is a different module from the Contacts in Microsoft Outlook, however these two modules are fully compatible and can be two-way synchronized.
The two-way synchronization of contacts in Microsoft Outlook and eWay-CRM eliminates the necessity to manage a contact in several different places, and also enables to synchronize the eWay-CRM contact through Microsoft Outlook with a smartphone (third party tool required, e.g. Microsoft Exchange).
The Contact window does not only contains standard contact information, but also related business opportunities and projects and it also collects all email communication, journals and documents.
This module is extremely helpful to manage all customer’s demands, requests for proposals and business opportunities. A window of a Lead is the place where sales representatives keep track of their email and phone communication, appointments and follow-up tasks (all synced with Microsoft Outlook).
Users send standard Microsoft Outlook emails directly from the Leads module, and attach and open most known document types.
One of the most helpful features available is the workflow system (sales force automation). Users are guided by a predefined set of workflow steps to reach optimum business processes and maximize the rate of won opportunities.
The eWay-CRM workflow can automatically send a Microsoft Outlook email notification, a Microsoft Outlook task or notify the user about a missing important document.
This module’s purpose is to manage full lifecycle of a project. Project manager’s best friend, this module supports multiple predefined project workflows to make sure that internal company’s procedures are effectively upheld and project deadlines met. This module offers quick overview of both estimated as well as real project values and also keeps track of project team member’s costs. Team members create a project journal for every project to learn from mistakes and avoid them next time a similar project appears. The leader of the project team has good overview of all running projects he is in charge of.
The eWay-CRM Project can be supplemented with all types of necessary documentation – proposals, contracts, meeting minutes – as well as complete record of all incoming and outgoing emails. No more forwarding – all team members’ emails can be viewed in one place. To do the project management routine even more effective, project data are summarized in predefined reports available in the module Reports – the reports there compare individual projects, project manager’s effectivity or show the most productive teams.
