Resource Telecom Group hosts charity night for Sense Scotland and raises £10,000

Jim ClarkEast Kilbride-based telecom solution provider Resource Telecom Group has hosted a charity evening at Ballerup Hall in East Kilbride which raised over £10,000 for leading charity, Sense Scotland.

Sense Scotland is celebrating its 30th birthday this year and will be using the funds to improve the quality of life of hundreds of deaf and blind children and adults. One of the charity’s best known initiatives is the provision and training of artistic endeavour for those with visual and hearing impairment.

Andy Kerr, former Member of Scottish Parliament for East Kilbride, and CEO of Sense Scotland said: “It is heartening to see a company like Resource Telecom Group taking time to put on an event like this. And to have raised so much is a fantastic achievement for all those involved.”
